Review:
Compass by Jeanne McDonald is a wonderful read about second chances and letting fate point you in the right direction. Alex York and Ryan Fisher were best friends growing up and always there for each other. When Alex goes away promises of staying in touch are lost over the years as school and life happens. A trinket from the past and a new chapter in life around the corner, Alex and Ryan cross paths, and a flight that will lead to more than a new destination.
I love a good story about friends that could lead to more and the chance of fate intervening. Compass does both really well. Alex and Ryan are characters you can easily fall for and relate to. The way the story progresses keeps you glued to the story. There are a few turns and twists along the way that will keep you on your toes, wondering what will happen next for these two. Compass is a sweet contemporary romance about second chances that will have you falling in love with this story.
