Review: Vicious by L.J. Shen

A Note From E

I want to start off by wishing all of you the happiest of New Years. As the year begins I'm thinking of what I want this blog to be. 2016 was not the most productive of years. I had to cut down my time on the blog and did the minimum to keep it going. As the only person on the Jazzy World of E's Bookshelf it was hard to not do reviews and spotlights as much.

The reasoning behind it was that I spent all of 2016 caring for my mother. In November of 2015 she was diagnosed with cancer. I was with her every step of the way through countless hospital stays, chemo and sadly her final days in hospice this December. 

I spent the last few weeks seeing what I plan to do next. One thing is for certain. I love books. The Jazzy World of E's Bookshelf blog is something that I've loved doing and this year will be my third year doing it. I'm planning to jump in and bring it back up to a place people come to find new authors and books. It might be a little slow but I promise to make this the best page possible. 

Last year there were more than a few authors who won spotlights that I wasn't able to do. I will be contacting them to get those scheduled throughout the year. So keep an eye out for that. 

Also the Book of the year contest  which normally happens in December will happen this week. 

I adore this book world and the support you have given me. I love meeting new people and finding new authors. I will continue to share the love. Hopefully, 2017 will be a great year for all of us.
