Synopsis

Wilson is a successful businessman and a self-made millionaire. He’s
handsome, intelligent, loyal, and unlike many other men with similar interests
and wealth, he’s got an extremely colorful personality.
But he also has a secret.
While having one of the worst days of his life, he meets Stevie. Immediately,
his views on matters, and on life, change.
And he chooses to change her life in return.
But Stevie and Wilson are from two totally different worlds - worlds that
historically don’t mesh well.
Can a self-made millionaire find love in someone who has nothing to offer
him but herself?
Can a woman who has only known pain, abuse, and inconsistency see value
in stability and sincerity?

Review
If there was ever a character that I wished was real so I could hang out with, it would be Stevie from Scott Hildreth's Pretty in Ink. Pretty in Ink is a modern day fairytale with a beautiful, brash, no holds barred heroine, that marches to the beat of her own drum and is unlike any character. Stevie is one of the coolest characters you'll ever read. Fate has her caught in rain storm on her bicycle, when Wilson a handsome businessman in a suit, and the exact opposite of Stevie's usual type offers her a ride like a knight in shining armor. While Stevie think she has Wilson figured out, there is undeniably something about him that has her wanting to know more about him. Wilson is a man who's life is very rigid and planned out. When he meets Stevie, the tattooed beauty with peach colored hair, he can't help but admire her and her straight forwardness. She is a woman, who takes life and lives it to the fullest possible, despite some bumps along the way.
I loved reading Pretty in Ink. It's a great story of two people who seem worlds apart on the outside but actually have the possibility of being perfect together. I loved Stevie and Wilson, and I really loved reading how their story played out. Pretty in Ink is a romantic, funny, charming, sexy book that will leave you feeling happily ever after.
